We provide the technology for buyers and sellers to discover one another and communicate — we do not participate in, intermediate, or guarantee any transaction between users. Kykis is not a party to any sale, purchase, exchange, or agreement made between users of the platform.
No Transaction Guarantees
Kykis does not guarantee, warrant, or insure any transaction conducted between users. We do not verify the authenticity of every individual item listed, and we do not hold funds, process payments, or provide escrow services. All financial arrangements, payment processing, shipping, insurance, returns, and disputes are the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller involved.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kykis, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any loss, damage, or injury arising from transactions between users, including the purchase of counterfeit, misrepresented, or defective goods.
- Any financial loss incurred from non-delivery, non-payment, or fraud by any user of the platform.
- The accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of any listing, user profile, or communication on the platform.
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Users agree to exercise their own independent judgement and due diligence before entering into any transaction. By using Kykis, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
User Responsibilities
Both buyers and sellers are expected to:
- Act in good faith and provide accurate, honest information in all listings and communications.
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding the sale and purchase of luxury goods.
- Not list stolen, counterfeit, or misrepresented items on the platform.
- Conduct their own due diligence on the counterparty before completing any transaction.
- Resolve disputes directly with the other party. Kykis may assist with moderation but is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes.
Reporting & Moderation
We take the integrity of our marketplace seriously. If you encounter a suspicious listing, fraudulent activity, or a user acting in bad faith, please report it using the report button on any listing, or contact us at our contact page. We reserve the right to remove listings and suspend accounts at our sole discretion, but we are not obligated to do so.
